Utah Jazz traded two second round picks and Dante exum for Clarkson. Would have done that same deal with DSJ tbh.

or frank, or ellington..

It was a smart trade for everyone involved, the veteran clarkson can now play for a Playoff contender, jazz get a shooter, more time for sexton and Garland, exum is an expiring contract

Or........when facts really matter:

Clarkson joins the Jazz with a $13.4 million expiring contract. Exum has two years, $19.2 million left on his deal.

So Exum who is always injured now joins a crowded rookie back court. I guess they hope he gets healthy and can show his "Potential"?
Clarkson for Jazz is playoff push insurance/firepower. This is not a deal we make either way. If its smart, its smart for Jazz as they solve a perceived need? Cav's look to add more youth.
Perhaps this is the type of value Morris could brings? The picks come because Exum has two years on his deal.

the Jazz wouldn't have though. They wanted a shooter and someone who could, you know, play

Lakers gotta come up with some answers, that’s 2 losses to the Clippers. Looks like Lebron was hurt in that 1st quarter collision and didn’t have any lift after that.
Clippers look to be in playoff mode already.

Williamson told Sedano that he "trusts the organization" in its decision-making, and he said his rehab process has been about more than just the recovery from surgery to repair the torn meniscus in his right knee. Williamson, 19, said the Pelicans are also trying to teach him how to walk and run differently -- working on the kinetic chain of his body.

Sounds promising!

You misunderstand. I wanted Clarkson here. The way I see it you give up little to try out Clarkson and then possibly resign him in off season. Its a gamble but a small one given what is at stake.

We might've dodged a serious burst of Howitzer rounds. I'm actually hoping this isn't true.

I think the media have been hinting he might be bipolar or something for a while, but they’re doing it a ridiculously sensationalist “kyrie is crazy”/ faux concern kind of way. If he has a diagnosable mental health issue, they should stop mocking him for it and give him some basic privacy.

Hey they're "cool" and "won the offseason." They signed KD AND Kyrie! Dumb Knicks "failed" to.

Porzingis is their second option. Not touching the ball, working like the number one option. If KP has trouble staying on the court as Robin..

Might not be serious. Still, wonder how long he would last in Dallas doing most of the work?
