Toward the end of last season, there was an article where he said he was between 6'7" and 6'7-1/2" and about 255 to 257 pounds. He's lost a little weight since then. He doesn't need to lose any more pounds. He just needs to convert some more fat into muscle if possible. Brand's heavier but he probably has a lower percentage body fat.

My vitals were taken off of NBA.com this morning. I don't think Sweets lost any weight, but just toned and muscled up.

The more muscle he gets the heavier he will be (muscle weighs more than fat...I thik someone said this on this thread before, but I am too lazy to look now.)
It is in all possibility he lost alot of fat, gained muscle and gained weight.

man.. Brand is a beast. He's always been one of my favorites and one the very few guys I would use Sweetney to get. I can actually see him getting moved if Wilcox continues to get better, just because the Clips are cheap.

Yeah, I know; Brand's one of my favorites too. If Wilcox continues to get better, I could see the Clippers not wanting to spend max dollars on Brand for several years.

while I like Artest right now I would say no. I like TT and think he's a great fit here with Marbs and Crawford. Artest is better but I think we will have nice chemistry here. No Artest.

Naw man, I object to some little snit calling out my stuff. Nobody does it and I won't stand for boring little snit doing that.

You want to run me off? Can't have a little fun? Im not doing a freedom of speech rant, but I have asked that little snit to not nit pick my posts. Not everybody got to like Nalod, just don't knock me down trying to prop ones self.

Not all my stuff is a hit, at times I miss> Bbut I never seen anyone take an effort and dismiss it. So if a little snit wants to call me out, at least let me defend it. I use no cuss words, and at least try to craft it in some worth while effort.

He waited until after the 3rd time. The overwhelming majority of things get old by the 3rd time, whether they're funny or not. It's not like he said anything the first, or even the second, time.
