TRADE ACCEPTED

Due to New York, Seattle, Minnesota and Toronto being over the cap, the 15% trade rule is invoked. New York, Seattle, Minnesota and Toronto had to be no more than 115% plus $100,000 of the salary given out for the trade to be accepted, which did happen here. This trade satisfies the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Seattle gets some frontcourt muscle in KT...they also get Vince who will pair off with Lewis at the 2 and 3....

Potapenko/Collison/Young
KT/Fortson
Lewis/Evans

Ridnour/Daniels

Toronto gets more than enough for Vince in Allen and Radmonovic....

Arujo/Moiso/Woods
Bosh/Marshall/
Rose/Radmonovic/Palacio
Allen/Peterson/Mason
Alston/Williams/Pape

Minny gets good solid role players for the ones with questions they give up.

Nazr/Johnson
KG/Ebi
Murray/Anderson
Sprewell/Hassell
Cassell/Hudson/Hoiberg

The Knicks get some big contracts, but they get some players with large potential.

Olowakandi/James/Sundov
Sweetney/Baker/Madsen

Fictional answer:

Yeah, this trade is intense. I'd say it actually looks shockingly fair, except for Minnesota. They need more, or they've no reason to do it.

I think what might more realistically happen is the Sonics and Raptors trading Vince for Ray Ray with some pieces thrown in.

I noticed that...but I look at like this....
#1-Minny may look at this as addition by subtraction....Olowakandi is a bust by all accounts and Wally doesn't get along with KG and I can't see how he can not be a loner in that locker room. Plus they get rid of some massive contracts.

#2-Wally is hurt alot, they hardly get any production from him, these guys will at least produce.

#3-The guys they are getting would thrive in their offense. Shandon and Lamond are great running players and Nazr would be one of the better centers they've had.

joe, have TOR throw in a 1st round pick & NY give up a future 1st round pick along w/a 2nd round pick this coming season (all going to Minny), & i think it works out better all around.

Way too much....As I said Wally is talented but hurt alot and Kandi has been a bust so far...There is no way I would ship those all to Minny for what they are giving up....Maybe a 1st from Toronto and a 2nd from us....

you got Minnesota taking on Shandon Anderson AND Lamond Murray dude...nuff said...they'll need alot of incentive to make that trade & give up a talented player like Wally...Nazr isn't nearly enough in compensation.

I rarely do trade proposals, but as some know, I made a brilliant one, about a year ago. I put the Knicks franchise on my wings by offering Minnesota Howard Eisley for Kevin Garnett!!! How could they refuse? Then Isiah had to ruin it by trading for some scrub named Lardbury. What a dirtbag Isiah has become.

I dont know...I would've demanded they take back Shandon's contract too.
