Guys - does anyone have the contact of a person in the Knicks season ticket office?

My dad has a been a season ticket holder since 1991 and his season ticket rep has been ignoring me since May. Long story short, my dad is terminally ill and I am trying get them to do something special for him. They know this, ignore me... absurd, I know.

I know that the Knicks are all about that cash money but I mean goddamnit this should not be this ****ing difficult. When you consider all the ****ty teams he's funded I would think they could sign a hat or have one of their community outreach guys make a phone call. Once a Knick, always a Knick my *******

Sorry to dump this here but I don't exactly have much time to figure this out. My first game and one of my most vivid childhood memories is sitting in the last row of the blueseats with my dad for the 1990 game 4 against Boston, where we finally slayed the beast. So having my last Knicks memory with my dad be a positive one would mean more to me than most, instead of what I currently think of this business

I'm not going to say I'm good but he's certainly beat the odds. Would like this to be a good Christmas for him

Supreme, Sorry about your dad! I hope you and him have a peace and love that gets you thru this.
Naturally your going to be emotional about a lot of things and you are very much correct to want something nice for your dad. I would find as many E-mail addresses as you can and also call the ticket folks until you get an answer! Use your name, his name and any customer reference info you have. Go on the assumption someone is just not getting your message.

I appreciate the thoughts
I most definitely will assume no one has seen the request... I remmber the one season ticket rep used to post here to try and drum up business. I am really not one to share my feelings but am doing so here because if i can't get my request honored or even acknowledged, perhaps a public shaming will accomplish something. No time to mess around

I will update this thread with more info in the appropriate time because sometimes the old man checks this site. What I can let you know is that, as usual, I am eating crow pie. I think I had the former rep's name... I got in touch with the new rep and the manager and they are taking care of us. Thank you everybody and, Marv, I owe you a couple of fruity drinks

Update:

John Starks called my dad tonight and invited us to the MLK day game. We were also invited to the pregame shootaround. I've posted here for a long time and there haven't been many times I haven't had words... all I can say is sometimes crow pie is sweet, juicy, and delicious

Also, thank you MSG for proving me wrong. Thank you, thank you, thank you

Nixluva is posting triangle screen grabs, even when nobody asks - Fishmike. LOL So are we going to reference that thread like the bible now? "The thread of Wroten Page 14 post 9" - EnySpree

That is awesome!!! Like the article in ESPN about Dolan so is the uneven MSG which might be ruled by Dolan in fear. Yet they are also benevelent in their community outreach and charities.
Then this bit of news which really is freaking fantastic news!!! I am so happy for you and your dad that they reached out in such a manner! Not only is great for your dad but its the experience that will be with YOU always for years and years after he is gone.

Good work Marv!!!
