If by being better than Frank you mean being an "all star" then I truly don't care. From a pure basketball sense and impact on games, I doubt he'll ever be better than Frank. Anything is possiblle but not super likely. And when you get coached on Free Throw shooting by Deandre Jordan you should be seriously considering a second career.

Mudiay looked like a guy that lost 10+ lbs and played like Fiz described in training camp. I think it is sustainable. He also looked like he had a lot more confidence. He is definitely the best passing point on the team, pushes the pace and he wasn't falling tonight.

This is what I wanted to see from Mudiay. Play POINT GUARD‼️ Look to make the TEAM run better. Less Hero Ball! He’s got all the talent to be a good PG! This is how he has to approach games from now on!

I wanted donovan mitchell but im very happy we have frank. Not a big DSJ fan. Like you said he can score but that's about it

Who knows what Frank ultimately develops into but I'm not losing any sleep over not drafting Smith.

Actually...he isn't. They pretty much took Donic to eventually run their offense...Smith is a 6'1" mostly shooting guard with defensive issues.

Only player available when we picked that I would have taken over Frank, in hindsight, is Mitchell.

Im happy for him BUT its only one game. We need to see if he can do it over a few games for me to really see if he has started to figure it out. Hopefully he has

He had ZERO assists and 6 Turnovers to go with 23 points, I am glad we didn't draft this kid.

I give him credit for being a scorer thats his only real strength. Nothing wrong with that but its much easier to get those players unlike defensive or two way players which we have more of now

I would take Trier over him. It really underscores how Dallas completely wasted their pick. Every draft will have it's no defense, tunnel vision, take it to the hoop iso-chucker. A lottery pick, really? Heck Trier has better chance of being a contributor than him, because he is giving effort on defense.
