Shouldn't that be the job of the captain? That is why I have strongly advertised a promotion of Marburry to that rank. Granted that Marburry wasn't in town when the new guys joined our team, but Houston was. Bottom line is this, little act like that is what helps with team chemistry. All good leaders know and do things like that. Marburry as the star of the team should be the forefront of our organization amongs the players. It is highly necessary for him to invite or reach out to the other players and help solidify the bond that our team will need to go to the next level.

Maybe one or two welcomed Craw and JYD, but I don't expect that they see eachother much before training camp. But that's just me, I don't know what goes on with them.
