Is he's willing to sign at a garage sale type of price?

That deal with Bills were they are talking about 2 first 2 2nds 3 rds for the #2 if legit may be the move.

Draft 2 olineman with 2 of the first 3 picks. Then just add major skill talent with the rest of the picks. Would provably even trade the #21 from the Bills for a first next yr and more compensation.

If he will accept Marshalls money sure. But its not a great fit. How many weeks before he starts complaining about not enough targets?
