Just met Isiah, we were going to the same elevator. He said they are most likely not getting Shareef, but you never know. In other words, he’s trying but they probably won’t be able to land him. Isiah’s a great guy.

It is always a kick to get to actually talk to these guys. One of the nicest pro athletes I ever met was Mark Jackson. He stopped right at 42nd and Lex to talk with me about the Knicks, was real gracious anad a good guy.

That's cool. I would have asked about whether he actually did sign Sundov

RE: Shareef: I don't think we're getting him either, but I doubt Isiah would give you an honest answer

I met Patrick Ewing in a Hoboken bar in 1998. The story about Ewing was that he wasn't the nicest person but he did me proud. He shook my hand and told me to look for the Knicks to win a championship the next year and everything.

Then the Knicks got Spree and CAmby and went to the Finals and I almost thought Ewing was right but it didnt really work out the way I had hoped.
A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.

Yeah, I've heard Ewing was a damned decent gentleman as well. He said all along though, that he didn't want to run a million autograph signing sessions, and who cares if he wasn't a media freak? He just wanted to play basketball and live his life. What's wrong with that?

I met Walter McCarthy at Virgin Record Store at Times Square when he was with the Knicks.....

He was looking very regular....actually bummy. He was in the hip-hop section looking at some CD that I forgot. We small talked a little bit and I told him to work on his ball handling and his three point shot.......maybe he listened.

(As far as the Liberty I met Teresa Weatherspoon and she is a real dike. I was at Taco Bell at the Empire State building with some friends and she pushed her way through us and said hi to someone that worked there and then gave us a stare as she walked real dikishly out the resturant. She was gonna get the business then we realized who she was then was like whatever......)

Black chicks can be dikes? and walk like a dike? If it look like a Dike, and walk like a dike, it must be a dike.

I thought all ugly lesbians were white. The good looking ones are just Bisexual and in denial! That is until they get ugly.

"Dikishly" What a great word.

Met Debussure when I was a kid. Great guy. RIP!
