Good for Fizer....he will have virtually no competition at his position. He should get minutes and hopefully play well.

I hope he does....I want the Knicks to have some competition. The NBA just needs to be more compeditive overall.

Big deal! Pfizer, oh I spelled it wrong, is a bust and signals the Nets are soon returning to their old losing ways.

just because you love the Knicks doesn't mean you shouldn't keep up w/what other teams are doing either.

I agree, the Nets would have been smart to sign Rodney White, as he could have really been a focal point to the offense while kidd was out and then have the benefit of playing alongside him when he got back.

I like the Fizer signing, they recovered nicely if they add, Best and Fizer to go Along with Williams

I like Fizer's game. I think he can complement a dominant big man (hello... Miami... wake up!).

Miami has really dropped the ball with free agents this summer. They could have added the depth they needed, instead of signing Dooling.

The Heat general management needs to be questioned. With Jameer Nelson on the board they passed and then signed Dooling which made no sense.

Why wouldn't they sign White to a 3 year 3.5 million deal, can you say a more athletic devon george. Then you go get Fizer for something similiar 3 years 4.5 million. And then you sure up your center with Keon Clarke, at 2 years 3 million.

That still leaves money for Malone if he wants it and if he doesn't you are still set to come out of the east, or you just sign john barry

Wade/Nelson
Jones/Barry
White/Person
Fizer/Haslem
Shaq/Clake

That would have been much improved, Fizer would get a whole lot less attention next to shaq and white would be an RJ type with all the doubles on shaq and wades penetration
