I asked you guys is JH doing a good job. He is doing worse than last year. He has made this team iso heavy team. The offense is stale. Ball movement had been getting worse and worse. He has gradually made KP into a below average volume shooter. Continually put KP in unsuccessful positions on the floor and gone away from the real strengths of KP which is moving without the ball and good spot up positions. The development of players has been put on the back burner. For what an aging pg whose one foot is out the door. This push for playoffs is coming at a heavy price that no one wants to see. JH has to get back to the lessons learned from Phil, stop resisting. People can say what they want but Phil left JH with a blue print to success. Ball movement and player movement.
You know the saying "BE CAREFULL WHAT YOU ASK FOR"
Last yr people complained that KP didn't get enough touches, how Rose and Melo took the bulk of shots.
This year it's the complete opposite, where 80% of the roster defers to him, with the exception of Bease and Timmy . That contributes to his scorers mentality he has now( I must score for us to win, thats how im going to lead)AKA melo.
Thats not all on JH, because the roster plays a significant role, when you constantly play half court basketball, it's going to lead to a lot of ISO's and post up. Factoring we have a bunch of guys on this team that have never been aggressive at scoring, not just frank.
