Yeah I want kp to have a knee injury
I hope to the basketball gods it's nothing but I've been watching sports for 45 years. Non contact knee injuries are usually very bad. I said meniscus as it would be a middle of the road. I hope it's just sore but he did not extend it-- if you understand?
Your hate for KP is well documented

Frank is playing incredible
Totally different from seasons start

Am I the only one who fears KPs injury is serious? Did he hear a pop?

I don't usually agree with Briggs on KP but he is right
Usually when it's non contact and the knee gives in it's usually quite serious

Definitely a strain and something that could keep KP out a while.

Just love Frank's ability to hit the open man and run the offense the way coach wants. Not to mention the nice looking 3 point shot and defense. How he and Baker fight through screens and get by on D is a joy to watch. Ron is pure effort but Frank has the talent to be a special defender in the league.

Really nice win considering we were without KP in the second and no THJ at all. You beat a competitive Nets team on the road without KP and THj.

Worried about KP, though. An injury like that can change the season.

It's not even the stats, he's the youngest player on the team by far, and second youngest in the league, but he plays with a poise and calm that you rarely see from a player his age. He does not panic. He really is a point guard. I love having a real point guard like that. The fact that he defends on the other end just makes it all that much more amazing when he plays like this. His impact is way way beyond his stats. The type of ground he covers, man, it's a joy to watch on D.

Even the last big play which was a Lance Thomas 3, from O'Quinn, it all began with Frank making the right play and the right pass to O'Quinn.

Look he's not CP3 or someone of that level, but he's got all the skills and brains to be a very good starter on offense and a star on defense.

CP3 minus the height issues is a nice ceiling to have.

According to Horny, KP tweaked the knee in the first and it still bothered him in the third so he came out.
He was standing on his own and he said he felt ok.
Not sure to play Saturday against Melo.

Looks like it wasn't something that just came out of the blue, there may have been contact prior in the first half, that's when the injury occurred.

Missed the game but saw where he asked to come out. I think his left knee is the same one that gave him trouble over the summer.

I was wrong. His right knee was bothering him over the summer/during camp.

I’m sure he’ll be fine. May even play Saturday depending how he feels tomorrow. Little tweaks in your knee are always scary and always best to air on the side of caution. If this were a playoff game I bet he returns.
