Kind of where my mind is at as well. Before they do anything brash, I'd like to see them add some zero risk/high upside young talent, however they can make room for them (in order):
Sign Cat Barber.
Sign Christian Wood.
Call up Trey Burke.

Next, if they decide to trade, there may be some good bang for the buck out there (guys we could legitimately target with our low-end resources. Personally, I'd have all low-end resources on the table (as well as KOQ and Lee) except Willy. Not ready to give up on Willy yet):
#1 - Joe Young, Indiana. Currently behind 2 other very decent PGs in Collison & Cory Joseph. 25 years old--fits the timeline with our core guys. Quick and talented. I'd love to see them add a young offensively talented PG to pair with what Frank provides, with Jack reduced to 3rd PG/mentor role.
#2 - Antonio Blakeney, Chicago. The Bulls actually called him up and he's getting a shot now, so far results have been mixed but this dude's got game. Big-time scorer. Excellent in transition. This dude's definitely a pro 2G. Kind of a more explosive Jamal Crawford that's even better in transition. Only 21 years old. Very talented piece that can grow with our core. I like him better than Dotson.
#3 - Janis Timma, Orlando. The Magic own his rights, currently playing in Europe. 6'6" swingman, he can shoot, handle it, pass, play in the post. Good athlete, strong. Smooth and graceful, yet hardnosed as well. I like him A LOT. Played with KP on the Latvian team. I could see KP vouching for this guy in a sec..
