someone who has every skill and can use those skills at the highest level. shooting from long range medium range post up passing ability from anywhere on the court ability to play and defend mulitple decisions a winner who has played and won at the nCAA level free throw shooting ballhndling---thats what a real superstar is. we did have 1 superstar ther and his name was tim duncan but C's in this style of play can be taken out of their game. Hopefully fundamental will change back to the jordan magic Bird era from all of this. Obviously there are only a few men capable of rising to this level---lebron james sure has a chance to be one next time we go there i firmly believe we will have more raw power under the hoop. there are guys coming up in the next few years like derek caracter andrew bynum greg oden and a guy who i think will be a superstar in al jefferson.
shooters like rashad andersen JJ reddick and gerry mcnamara will be available to go along with some nbA vets. we need a nice combination of skills next time and a coach who is willing to play all 12 guys like a rick pitino--who would be my choice as the next coach
