Diop is awesome... you will see. Simrud will be the first with the Diop jersey. Number 00 like Felton Spencer.

I've said this whole off-season that we could trade Naz for Diop & Dejuan Wagner (works on the trade checker) We would have to find room for Wagner but he is a young talent that would balance out the trade for me.

cleveland wouldn't do it, as they could get something better from wagner after a good season.

I like a trade that would involve nazr or a project at center.
nazr will lead us nowhere, so better dump him for the right offer.

Ariza will be an FA in 2005 too. I wish we could have convinced him to sign a 3 yr deal here.

He only signed for 2004 because the Knicks are so far over the cap it was all they were allowed to sign him for, according to an article posted shortly after he signed.

Why have so many people given up on Nazr? I bet if he works hard this summer he will turn some heads. He was out of shape last season. Remember that game Vs the hawks when he came out hitting every shot and grabbing every board then after the first quarter he was fatigued. He came from hardly ever playing to getting starter minutes so give him a chance before you write him off.

Can't you use the LLE or MLE to sign 2nd round picks for longer than 1 year? I thought part of the MLE was used to give Lampe a 3 year deal last summer (even though the Knicks were way over the cap obviously)
