18 years. The least amount of playoff wins of any team. Failure stacked on failure stacked on failure. And I just know Dolan doesn't blame himself the least.

What changes now? Why would any Knick fan believe that now, somehow, things will change?

Well he stayed out of Phil's way. If he hires the right guy and stays out of his way, it will go along ways.
