Nitty has proven he can shoot. It'll be OK.

Smith has all-star potential; Nitty has starter potential. We didn't take the best player available. Cuban smokescreen about wanting Nitty and hiring his coach for Summer League squad so he can get Smith.

Yeah I mean i'm not high on his ceiling but in terms of his overall skills he ticks all the boxes. Defense, Unselfish Passing, Shooting, BBIQ. Shump is not as high a BBIQ player as this kid is already. The Knicks weren't kidding about wanting to improve the perimeter D! That's what this move is about for the most part. Perhaps the most perfect Triangle PG that was ever born. LOL.

I would have preferred DSJ, but no complaints with Frank. Don't overlook his potential as a defensive superstar at positions 1-2. Defense is hugely important and he is a match-up advantage there down the line against everyone at those positions.
Sh-t in the popcorn to go with sh-t on the court. Its a theme show like Medieval times.

Yeah this is about changing the IDENTITY of the team more than going for the highest offensive ceiling guy. Can't complain about the logic if you really want to establish a DEFENSIVE identity.

handle is way to high people thought Shump was a PG too. I will admit his shot looks way better than Shump. Just think we should of gone for Smith, way more talented. I think this kid will be a good player , probably guard 3 positions but he isnt a PG

Hope we don't regret passing on DSJr. Certainly don't have this pick, he has my second choice based on who was left, but definitely worried about his athleticism and handle.
Now the joy of my world is in Zion How beautiful if nothing more Than to wait at Zion's door I've never been in love like this before Now let me pray to keep you from The perils that will surely come

Come on Nix! You wanted no parts of Frank and you said as much in multiple threads...Now the phil has officially taken him, now he's the perfect fit?

This sucks. This team is devoid of talentand we take on a project/likely 3and D guard. Great.

If they really wanted this kid, why not trade back with Portland for 15 and 20...i'm sure he would have been there. No way was he the best prospect on the board. Unbelievable!!!!

Don't let stats get in your way:

Frank had the highest % for being an all star - also highest bust potential.
