Phil does the same thing but is publicly hazed every day because of it. Players should have the sane respect for Phil. We got stars frim other teams trashing Phil and they habe no idea what's going on here. Phil has more championships than Pat... Ok none as an executive but Pat didn't win right away in Miami.
