Surprised none of the older folks did not do a thread on his death.

Can't say he was a major player in team history, but he was a solid performer on the first championship team, especially in the Garden game when Reed got hurt.

Game was not on TV, so I had to listen to it, but I later saw the great reverse drive he made on Chamberlain at a critical time in the game.

Missed what would have been seasons 3 & 4 with a heart problem, and never reached the promise that some expected of him. Wonder if Ron Baker knows he was once a Shocker?

Still...he had some moments... a solid bench player on our first title team, and was part of the trade that brought us Earl the Pearl, so in some ways he had a part in our second championship.

A belated RIP for Dave the Rave.

EnySpree: Can we agree to agree not to mention Phil Jackson and triangle for the rest of our lives?

I remember when he was traded to Baltimore with Mike Riorden for earl.
Mike started for Bullets and used to get into it good with bradley. still, quite lopsided trade!!!
