Josh Hart is especially intriguing. And seems like the type of player we NEED. High IQ, defense, makes the right passes, hits shots. Iwunda 6'7 wing with a 7ft wing span. Said to have major defensive potential. But whats impressive is being a defensive player who also held a 24% and 22% ast % to 21 & 22 usage. He developed a 3 point shot this season with 2.4 attempts at 36%. Though its only one year of data for the 3s.

Both are college seniors. Seem to play within themselves and be the type of players that will fit what we are trying to do here. We desperately need defense and ball moving.

They can be high level role players. Its very hard to find players that can generate ast, plus shoot, plus defend. Usually you are happy with just a 3-D guy. But players that can help your team in these 3 ways without being ball dominant is a must for us and have to be targeted. Because they are rare type of role players.

I agree, but there is no definite that those players can translate all of those skills to the NBA level. But i agree they do a lot of things well, so hopefully most of it translates.

That's a good point. As Hart's ability to create seems new and Iwunda's ability to shoot 3s seems new. So Hart can end up regulating into a 3-D guy. Iwunda I believe creating is apart of his game. But is a possibility he may fall off when it come to shooting. Both will probably bring effort defensively though in order to get mins.

If we get lucky and can secure a lead guard early in the lottery this could really accelerate the rebuild.

Yes! And his defense rating per 100 possessions has been under 100 all years. Has been rated in the 94s the last 3 years.
