Nice win. Willy needs to start the rest of the season.

Though it's probably not as good for the tank for him to start...

Why is it we always seem to beat the Spurs at MSG? I think even during the 17 win season we beat the Spurs at MSG.

Great effort and execution today. Too bad it hasn't been like this most new nights. I liked seeing KP and Willy out there in the 4th.

THIS!!! IMO a big part of the time our bigs have looked bad came from breakdowns on the Perimeter!

He is a 4 and can play 5
But he can defend and can easily be part of a great defensive team
Willy with 3 steals but he was a little TO and clumsy prone on offense in the 1st. Love Willy though.

Won't happen until players at the perimeter keep their man in check.
Can't believe how little penetration and losing of their man happened today

We all know it will not last though

PS Kuz should not be out of the rotation for Lance Thomas but if Lance plays better D and brings better D culture I am ok with it

ON another note, Loved the way Hubie brown called the game. Some obvious stuff but they did not harp on the drama of MSG in excess.
It was handled very well.

Fair point. I was thinking this during our last Indiana win... but yeah basically teams that don't rely on PG penetration and pick and rolls we are actually okay against.

Too bad most of the league uses speed and athleticism at the point to create havoc in the pick and roll.
