Seems like the guy is struggling to get consistent minutes with a sub-standard Pelicans team and could be had for the right price. I was just wondering what you guys thought of him and the idea of trying to trade for him. Here is his draft info from last year....

Ug I hate this. The idea of Towns is great until you see what a pussy he is. Jules is a dog. DD was a flamethrower locked up cheap for 3 more years.

Given the status of the current GM, their proximity to the 8th seed and potential to lose key players if they don't make the playoffs...I think any package that gives them the opportunity to improve their team in the immediate would do the trick. I'm thinking Courtney Lee and Justin Holiday (Jrue Holiday's brother) would be a good start. If we were to corrall a Greg Monroe to re-route to them while taking back a bad contract or two from them (e.g. Omer Asik)....I think we'd have a decent shot. |
