Sixers have to many guards. Would be a nice pick up if Rose will miss time with the ankle.

Won't he be recalled to westchester if philly won't sign him for the rest of the year

Yeah but the Knicks should still sign him in my opinion. Sasha or Ndour could be let go or Phil could address the 5 centers on the roster and possibly open up a spot. Yogi Ferrell was up and down with the Nets and the Mavs just signed him.

if he can't make a philly roster doesn't that raise questions, and you haven't heard a peep about him since he joined

On a positive note, the one game he did get real minutes he played very well

Sorry to say but I called this when we let him go in Training camp. Another NBA team would sign him before us and offer him a contract. He was that good and a real steal, and we let him go for the likes of Ndour, Plumlee, and Baker (who are not better than him) and even a journeyman like Sasha. Unacceptable.

Good for him. Knicks have 5 rookies. Maybe you could make a case that the Knicks should have swapped out Ndour for Randle but Ndour was a Gaines find as well.

Gaines recommended that we keep NDour over Randle I believe.

Sixers Head Coach Brett Brown said after Randle's first practice with the team after signing his first 10 day contract (paraphrasing: the gym got a lot smarter. Randle had been struggling with his shot at Westchester up until the last few weeks before the Sixers signed him, where he was shooting lights out again (as he did overseas last year and for us in Summer league and preseason). He's a cerebral player who could shoot--exactly what our team needs. He would have fit in perfectly with our bunch. He would have played a lot after Rose's missed games and MIA and would have given Horny another option. Holding on to Ndour and Sasha in favor of him was a joke and a mistake. He was too talented to stay in the D league. The fact that we scouted him, found him and let him go bothers me.

Ha, remember 2 seasons ago people on here were killing Phil for NOT keeping N'Dour, now they're criticising him for keeping N'Dour!

phil would rather hold on to Teflon don sasha, than make room for a solid prospect. he would rather take phili's trash(wroten) and give them his gem (randle)...

He's entertaining trading melo (his best player)to a division opponent ( boston) to further their championship goals like he did for Cleveland.

I just don't get it
