I hope he does retire. At least then He won't be resigned this summer.

Is there any chance he can get Melo to retire with him?

I am sorry but I am done with this team until Melo is traded.

This malaise has been around the team since he got here except for one season when Kidd led the team.

Melo. is the constant. The other constant is awful play on D and offense.

nyk4ever wrote:seems like there is a huge division within this team. jennings has been saying it all year long... i think melo and rose being ballstoppers is bothering alot of guys. this team has a lot of guys that can move the ball around the court (jennings, lee, kp, noah, baker, hernangomez, oquinn) i'd imagine these guys are tired of melo and rose just pounding the ball into the court (and playing no defense)

Yeah, thats it. Sorry but how many assits per game does KP, Lee and Noah average? And defensively, everyone on the squad except Melo and Rose are defensive stoppers? WTF? Davis jsut scorched who?

In the past - that dude has just straight made up stuff and hopes it is correct.

I'm not shocked if Rose is mad right now... but this is not a credible source.

But if Rose is just pouting... man, you really need to trade him.

Ugh. I was enjoying this team being good for a minute.

why is walt and breen acting like they don't know what's really going on. There's a disassociation with the players and coaching staff and divided locker room to some degree..

I'M Sure the triangle and the defensive philosophy has everything to do with it

LMFAO -

Breen to Clyde: "Clyde did you know Frazier is... only the third Frazier to ever play in the NBA?"

Clyde: "I thought you were gonna say he was my son! I didn't do it!"

LMFAO. There is at least a reason to watch with Clyde.

Yeah I don't think the guys can stand Kurt. Or minimally tune him out. I think Phil saw that at the triangle workshop last summer and realized he couldn't hire him as the head coach.

Yep. Rambis hasn't done jack to prove he is a good coach for this team. Has a job only through pure nepotism.

Clyde and Breen gave up on the game the last few minutes. Don't blame them.

I guarantee you Dolan will want to re-sign him so he can retire a Knick. Once a Knick (unless you're Oakley or Ewing)... ALWAYS A KNICK!!

I am starting to believe Melo will waive his NTC. He has to have had it after this especially if the Rose stuff is true.

Immense talent but a team killer.

Yeah. I have to agree. I think Kurt wore out his welcome last year when he took over. There has to be a seat next to Steve in the front office.

I guess this is what it felt like to be a Spirit of St. Louis fan when Marvin Barnes played for them.

Melo is not a leader. I actually feel bad for him with the Rose thing... but jesus this is bad. Melo's run in NY has been a lot of bad stuff that's not necessarily his fault... but I'm starting to think it's not NOT his fault. What's the common denominator in this team? Tyson Chandler quits. Derrick Rose quits. Amar'e quits. Lin leaves under shady circumstances for Houston... Melo still smiling in the spot light. Sigh ugh sigh.
