If we win the next 3 games then we are ok... we can chill out and just keep pulling for these guys.

If they lose the next 3, I'm not sure we can save the season. It's too much ground to make up. It's possible to still squeeze in the playoffs but do we want to give that a try or get our name in the pot as far as the lottery

1-2, 2-1 is still treading water imho especially with Toronto lurking on the 4th Gane from now

I'm trying not to get too deep into any set of games but I can understand what you mean. My thing is taking a longer view of just playing generally better ball over the remainder of the season. Gotta get back to playing above .500 ball and hoping for a good stretch later in the season. I could live with 2-1 if after that they go 4-2 to end up with a 6-3 stretch. This team is close enough to getting back on track that it's mostly about EFFORT now. They have to really want it.

Effort and a bit of tweaking from Jeff on his lineups and rotations. He's still figuring things out and hopefully he hits on the perfect moves to get the most out of this roster.
