Giannis made a clutch play plain and simple. There are plenty of other things to fault other than Noah's defense.

Personally I thought Noah played well and is improving. I appreciate others may disagree.

However his last play was not bad and certainly not the worst ever

And I hope Noah isn't hurt. He was certainly in pain

I saw melo drift into the paint and that would have covered monroe..if you stop this clip at the 7 second mark, Noah has to commit to the double, hands up and either force him to make a bad pass or a really bad shot. But instead he follows monroe into the paint, and actually has his back to the ball handler, which is an AMARE like move.

I am disagreeing that Knicks played poorly that last possession. Simply not true. Lance played it very well, and in fact had a strong game moving his feet (same too for Noah).

It's also not why we lost. There are two primary reasons we lost, in this order of priority. First, the refs stunk. They had quick whistles on Bucks' drives -- Bucks spent the fourth quarter at the stripe. The refs did not have the same whistles on our drives. Then the last two possessions were completely blown by refs. Refs blew it with Rose and on the replay they had to see that they missed the foul. Not something they can correct on replay but they had to know they blew it. We deserved a makeup call, and the sad part is we didn't need one. We just needed an honest call on Giannis's hook. Second, we got complacent with a big lead. You could see it. We started to smile and yuck it up. The problem was the Bucks still had scowls on their faces, and hadn't thrown in the towel. that's been a problem all year. Lack of killer instinct. We are happy to trade baskets. The championship teams play the full 48 minutes.

I think it's really unfair to place blame on LT or Noah -- at least for this game.

Bucks deserve credit for staying focused

Bucks deserve credit for staying focused

The thing is - the Bucks didn't even play well. They've hung tight with the Cavs down to the buzzer. If the Bucks play well Friday, they will blow us out of the building.

I agree. They played with grit though. I think if the situation were reversed we would've folded if down by 15. It's a real gut check time for the team. They played hard for 80-90% of the game and lost by a point. They can grow from this or fold. It will be a test of character

That was bad. Theres a lot of blame there--but bottom line---the coach has to put 5 guys on the floor to get it done--be aggressive calling timeouts and do not let them have that run to get close.

There was some different units that we had either our way with(with snell at SG and henson at C) and the other unit had periods where they manhandled us--Monroe Giannis Parker

Yes, unfortunately that was an IQ decision type play and what separates the playoff/non-playoff teams and also the high level and regular playoff teams.
