I remember this moment from last night's game. What the heck is the thought process here? If Rose slid up to the wing, he'd be wide open. Why are Holiday and Lee standing right next to one another? Why didn't Lee clear through? What the actual heck.

There's no movement here. I don't understand what offense we're running. It can be fixed... I hope... but it seems like it's going to be ugly for a while.

I think this simply underscores that this team is not executing at ANY level consistently. There is no play where that kind of spacing is intended. This is why people need to relax just a bit cuz this team will NOT play like this all year. The problems they have are infinitely fixable.

It's about the players learning what the heck they're supposed to be doing and being confident in what they're running. We all know that Hornacek's offense never looks like this and even the Triangle isn't supposed to look like this. So no matter what they run it should be executed at a higher level than we're currently seeing.

That means there's a TON of upside for this team when they are eventually able to execute properly. IMO there's no point in bringing in Ball Dominant PG's and then taking the ball out of their hands!!! Let Rose and Jennings handle the ball and make the game easier for the guys that aren't used to handling the ball so much. Then GRADUALLY add in more Triangle. They won't look so lost if you run more PnR spread looks early on. They CLEARLY don't have the Triangle down. Not even close.

They don't know the system a lot of times I see Melo going all "aircraft ground crew" directing teammates to move which is ironic dance he rarely moves.
