Does anyone here remember playa? Well Maddog's role on the radio show is what playa was doing to this forum. Just trying to cause controvery where it did not exist. I mean, WTF does he want from the knicks?

There is not way he is stupid enough to not understand that Isiah has been here only from December and that it takes atleast 2 full seasons for a team to be built that can win a championship!

The whole point of Mad Dog is to piss off fans so that they call in and argue with him. If he was reasonable, his show would be boring.

On the first point, it's nice to know other fans from other teams like the job Isiah is doing. I think considering what he started with and the fact that he was probably hired by Dolan to turn the franchise around immediately - he's done a fantastic job. Absolutely fantastic.

Some of what Dog is doing is a ploy but his comment reveal lack of knowledge as well. He has great detail knowledge of baseball and specific events in some other sports but when it comes to analysis about any sport other than baseball he is clueless. He is generally pure entertainment -remember this is a talk show host who has greater difficulty with the language than Bush Jr.

Mad Dog Russo has been hating on the Knicks for years. It's probably one of the reasons the NYK bounced to ESPNRadio.

The only show I listen to on WFAN is Joe Benigno- the only Knicks fan wil balls on that station.
