I envision the Knicks 2nd unit coming into the game and pushing the pace looking for fast breaks and quick buckets at every opportunity.

This is where having Jennings is key; that is when he's truly in his element. Just imagine him coming in and picking up the tempo and pushing the pace feeding athletic wings on the break who are good finishers like Holiday, Kuzminskas (from the videos I've seen all he likes to do is run and get out on the break and finish) and Lance Thomas (and if we can somehow resign D Will, although I don't think it's feasible).

This is something that was entirely nonexistent on our team last year, and we could really excel at this season. With Jennings leading the way, we could build on leads and create some separation with our 2nd unit. I'm excited to see how it pans out. The potential is certainly there.

Hope he plays better than he photoshops, lol.

If Jennings can play under control, we could have a dangerous second unit.

JH said that he'll be mixing the starting big 3 with the bench so that the bench isn't asked to carry too much and with Jennings in there as well that should make the bench very potent. JH sounds like he has no intention of doing a platoon style rotation which I think is a good idea. Staggering your top players so that there is always one or more of them on the floor is very smart. We only had DWill as a sort of 6th man last year but Jenning is better for that role.

But I agree - I think you'll see guys like Jennings, Holiday, Kuzminskas out and running. May leave space for Chasson Randle and Baker to get some run if they go hard.

I'm really excited to see Hornacek's influence on this team.

How long til training camp?!!?

I think it was a play off a fan that actually did the original bad Photoshop for the Kings.

I want to see what he and Rose can do together on the court, should be pretty potent attack

Potent and highly combustible, lol. I agree that if they can both stick to the script and stay healthy, Rose and Jennings could scare some good backcourts out there.

I'd still like us to add a 3rd capable PG, a proven veteran big, and a sharpshooter at wing. That bench is going to need more shooting.

Ahh very good to hear. The more I hear from Jeff the more I am impressed. I hope I'm not setting myself up for disappointment.

I think the PG on our summer league squad would be perfect......And he gets to learn from Rose and Jennings.....Nice place to learn and start your NBA career.....I think he has real potential.

TOTALLY AGREE! Chasson Randle is the kind of kid that we could use as a 3rd PG. Smart and talented. The kind of Kid that fits Perfectly into the style that Hornacek wants to play.
