Considering the impasse Dwayne Wade is currently at with the Heat, it appears there is a very distinct possibility that he walks for a better payday elsewhere. That being said, would you prefer Dwayne Wade on a frontloaded max deal for 3 years (along with Robin Lopez and Jerian Grant) or Derrick Rose on a one year flier?

Wade was never leaving the Heat. I don't buy it.

I would prefer Rose, only because it's one year vs. three. But I wouldn't trade Rolo for either of those

So, you are asking us to consider Rose v. Wade?

I pick Rose. While both Rose and Wade have bad metrics at this point in their career. Rose has clear injury that they are attributable to with signs of recovery. Wade is age based injury concerns. Rose's contract limits your exposure. Any contract over 2 years for Wade (34) would be front loaded by the over 35 rule. I pick Rose.

You know I gonna spin wit it

Just to begin the conversation, I honestly don't know. I think Wade is a superior player to Rose- even at his advanced age- and has the IQ to remain effective for the duration of his contract. But he is a very old 34 and there would be major concerns about his health moving forward. If our goal was to win-now though I think he would've been the better bet and would vibe better with our core (Melo and KP).

Wade is NOT leaving.

Wade would be great, but the other dominoes would not have dropped.
