OK, so $9mm/yr over 3. I wonder if this price is what Rivers' agent uses for his client. I would hope to get Rivers for less than this (not as established, 3-pt shooting % wasn't nearly as good even though he has potential there, etc.). Really warming up to the idea of getting Rivers at a good price and having him take the next step here with us in NY with higher usage.

Yea, this caliber of player is the type of signing I would've hoped the Knicks made for this year. Low risk signing, flexible moveable contract instead of going all in this year with broken down Starphucks.
Prove the Horny system works, then get some really free agent targets next year.
