God bless your optimism nix. Obviously after all the heartache our fans have dealt with for 16 years we could use some good news

I saw that on reddit or realgm and I agree about it getting me excited. I also am really excited about Hornacek and was glad to see that he has been going and watching Melo workout and talking with him already. It feels like the Knicks have a real coach that will be running things his way.
I'm tired,I'm tired, I'm so tired right now......Kristaps Porzingis 1/3/18

People are so focused on Rose that they keep forgetting that we still have over $30 mil of cap and we have young players that will likely be added as well. It's going to be an even more important offseason than last year in terms of FA. |

Spare those knees, feet and back from 5 banging at the rim defensively night after night. And hit those threes, son! |

I know he has the injury history but his vocal leadership, passing skills and hustle are really what this team needs. He would be able to get enough rest to stay healthy IMO. |

The screen shot reminded me of this
Well at least Rose changed his number to 25 but if he says he's in the best shape he's ever been in and that he is feeling phenomenal, I will know history is repeating itself. |

The Rose, Melo and KP big 3 is WAY, WAY better for this team than the Amare', Melo and Chandler big 3. Sure there's some risk with Rose but he's on a ONE YEAR contract. So really this is just more negative BS that has no basis in fact. The Knicks have made a good move with an acceptable risk. That's been the difference with Phil. He hasn't made a move that has doomed the team for years.

Fact the numbers on the screen shot are the same as the picture, see it was based on a fact. Fact they guys wearing the #1 jerseys were injury prone. |

That's been the difference with Phil. He hasn't made a move that has doomed the team for years. Just so we're clear, Year one was a year we had our pick and we got KP. So i'm not taking that back and no one should. People cry for a Tank and top draft pick, but when we do they wanna bash Phil for doing it. Year 2 was a solid bump in wins and could've been better with some luck, still it has led to Rose and that puts the team in better position to fill out the last 2 starting spots with a SG and C. That's really about the best we could hope for. Look at it this way, it was pretty much Conley or Rose. Both have some kind of health issue and we got Rose without killing our cap or committing long term. So i'd say that this was a great move. |
