nobody gave/gives him credit but I think he did a great job and much better than blatt.

Not impressed your like patting yourself on the back after the series and "better than Blatt" remark.

Cav's had Kyrie this go around and Love. Thats helps. Can't say Lue impressed me, but I can say he did a great job.

love? thought they were better with richard jefferson? I'll give you kyrie but they changed their style ... where the hell is the moz?

Who did Lue really make better?

Love was still nothing special... JR was his usual sporadic self...Shumpert was Shumpert...TT was TT. Delavadova was a shadow, and Timmy got splinters.

What he had was a healthy Irving, which Blatt did not have in last year's finals.

They played ISO ball, and in a number of situations it hurt them, but Irving had some Curry moments, and James did what he had to do.

Lue might have done something with his rotation, and perhaps something on D, but I saw nothing special on the offensive end.

A lot had to do with James, who got the style of offense he wanted.

Maybe he makes some changes with a full pre-season...we will see.

did you know that before this series the cavs were by far the most spread offense in the playoffs leading all playoff teams in 3 point attempt rate? They shot 41% from three in the post season. compare all that to last year and don't give me all irving.

he made them much smarter, much more spread and more efficient.

Honestly...I saw nothing special from them offensively in this series except what came from the efforts of James as a scorer and distributor, and Irving, mostly as a scorer.

17 assists to 11 turnovers, and James had 11 of those assists. In fact, only FOUR players had assists in this game.

I'll give Lue the benefit of the doubt and his own pre-season to assert himself and his style.

They still had so many miscommunications and poor offensive sets. LBJ and Kyrie were just too good and GS just didn't take advantage. Steph hasn't been himself for a while.

Love was a rebounding machine game 7. Played goo defense. Somethimg else Blatt did not have.

What Lue had was Brons back.

1) I love how he always came out with a gameplan, whether it was high tempo basketball, or going after Curry on screen mismatches
2) Called timeouts very well stopped a lot of Momentum that could have transgressed into something bad for GSW

Game 7 was the best passing game we saw from GSW throughout the Finals.They should have came out running sets like this in Game 5 and 6

Tyronn is very impressive. He was the right voice for that group. He was the buddy LeBron needed, and the coach with playing experience the rest needed. He was the perfect personality and demeanor for this group and tailored his style to these guys. Credit him for that.

I don't know if it was the Cavs playing defense better or what - but I think this was key- Steph had a very bad series.

Few schools of thought. Last year Love never sniffed the finals and Kyrie went down in game one, a game that went to over time and the Cav's lost. They won the next two and had GSW down 2-1.
Lebron was amazing last year which is lost on many because they did not win it.
Perhaps Kyrie plays, and Cav's win the series last year? Then Blatt is Kerr.
But fate has it and Lebron, who like most GOAT's are diva's and wanted his guy.
GSW validates its Chip with a 73 win season that was off the charts. They lost only 3 games all season long at home. And being up 3-1, loses its last two at home.
One might say Cav's are and have been the better team face to face if healthy. Splash brothers lived and died by the three.

IM impressed with Cav's defense, which made the Splash brothers less effective. They had a bad series cuz OKC wore them down, as did the the cavs. This shyt is not easy.

Do yourself a little favor and look at what all of the head coaches Lebron has ever had did with him on the team and without him on the team. M.Brown and E.Spoelstra. Saying Lue did a better job than Blatt is an absolute joke cause Lue had a healthy Kyrie and Love and Blatt didn't which is huge.

Steph wasn't Steph and that is why they lost this series which all changed when they suspended Dray Green on a bad call which he shouldn't of been suspended on.
