KD ain't leaving OKC.

Yeah i have a feeling that as long as Hornacek wants Rondo that he'll be one of the first guys we go after but he's not the same kind of PG that Hornacek has worked with in Phoenix but that doesn't mean he won't wanna have him on the team and we know Melo wants him.

Rondo, KD, KP and Melo isn't totally out of the question. The chances may not be high but it will really depend on how KD feels about sticking with what they have going on in OKC verses trying something new. They got so very close to making the finals that I doubt he gives up on it but it's worth taking a shot for the Knicks.

I don't particularly see the appeal of pairing Durant and Melo together. Seems like it'd be a situation where each others' games are handicapped due to how similar they are.

Besides, with the way OKC performed in this playoffs, I see Durant staying at least one more year before making a decision.

Rondo would have to change his game to play a more team game. You see how that worked in Dallas? Rondo is a ball dominant pg. Offense has got to run through him. We already have 2 guys that with similar games and are young and humble enough to mold. Rondo is who he is.

Rondo is probably going to get a disastrous contract.
KD would be a dream.

Yup. The odds of either happening is probably the same as finding jimmy hoffa

I think that most think after OKC had such a good playoffs that Durant will at least sign a one year deal to give it another shot but nobody knows how he really feels about the fact that that team has such problems with closing out games or series and there are rumors that he wants to play without Russell so while i do think there's still a pretty good chance that he leaves OKC i just don't think the Knicks have that big a chance at getting him, but if we could guarantee him that we can get a legit guard to come to New York whether it be a Rondo or another one that we could have a small chance of getting him.

You never know what Durant is really thinking or wanting in a team to play with.

What Rondo was, is not what Rondo is. The man has some personality issues and unless coach Horn wants him, I'd just as soon leave him with Boogie.
They seem like a match made in heaven.

KD moves without the ball a lot more and plays outside where Melo likes to camp out in the mid post or ocassionally the elbow. I don't see it as a problem at all. KD has always loved using quick curls on the baseline and to have Melo, KP, or Rolo setting those screens would be way more dangerous than Ibaka or Adams because you either switch, give Durant the jumper, or give up good post position for one of the knicks I mentioned.

Durant leaving OKC is a distinct possibility. You have to convince Mama Bear first aka the Real MVP. You do that...you got Durant.
Nixluva is posting triangle screen grabs, even when nobody asks - Fishmike. LOL So are we going to reference that thread like the bible now? "The thread of Wroten Page 14 post 9" - EnySpree

Agree. Their games are very different, I don't think there'd be an issue in regards to occupying the same space on the court. Don't see it happening, just sayin.

Love Rondos game but his attitude is a concern. Durant/KP/Melo frontline will be like Bird/Parish/McHale frontline. Downright scary.
