I'm not sure how reliable this source is; anyone else here anything about Curry recently?

One league source says that Curry, who was hampered briefly by a mildly strained right hamstring, is 35 pounds over the 285-pound target that the Bulls set for him, the Chicago Sun-Times reports.
RotoWire Recommendation: Curry's lack of attention to training may cost him a shot at a big money extension from the team.

I guess you can't insert images into the subject title. Maybe Andrew or Martin can just delete that part of the title when they get a chance to

If thats true he should be suspended without pay. What dump of sh**. He is about to enter a contract year and he comes in out of shape, its just a shame that all that skill was wasted on someone that doesn't need or want it....Thats the problem with the Bulls no heart, no work ethic....

This was reported in Ford's Insider column today as well:

Paxson has grown weary of Curry's inconsistency and lack of conditioning. He
reportedly showed up at the Bulls' training facility 35 pounds overweight two
weeks ago -- after vowing to get in the best shape of his career as the season
ended. The team is beginning to think that Curry, with all the distractions of
living and playing in his hometown, needs a change of scenery to succeed.

ok, he can sleep with Mark Aquire and transform him into a god.

So Knick fans, whom do we trade to get "Cream" Curry?

actually I was thinking more culinary than reproductive fluid

And was being sarcastic as we think anyone whom Isiah "baptizes" will do better, especially after Aquirre coaches him!

I think Pax has to keep many options open now he might have a problem with Curry. Trade for Craw is valuable because it opens up roster spot or two. And we need it!

For the price he's currently paid, the bulls can afford to keep him and make him work.

Next season may be a lil more complicated for them since, if I make no mistake, chandler and curry will be RFA. Some teams will still have a lot of cap room and I see some of them make a serious run at Curry and overpay him badly.

Would the bulls match in that case ? They already have a good payroll for next yr (35 millions), if they don't resign crawford to a larger contract (but they'd loose him for nothing the following yyr) and if they don't unload some bad contracts.
