i'm a HUGE fan of Nate duncan and his podcasts. its where i get alot of my NBA info. but they talk about the knicks and theyre offseason moves. besides (foolishly) talking about melo trade destinations for the first few mins, the rest is pretty good

Knicks should be improved: win about 40 games and maybe sneak into the playoffs. Melo, Rose and even Noah will have some nice moments however this team should be about PORZINGUS. the sooner they make him the primary player, the better

Good stuff and they have some really good ideas for all the ways the Knicks could go in free agency.
