What has any of these hacks or some of you done in the world of basketball to adequately judge Phil and his 13 rings, along with his band of bling to judge where this rebuild is? Other than your own expectations and emotions, what tangible facts can one present to say they have a clear path to rebuilding other than clarity of hindsight?

Nalod can say its not going backwards. 15 game improvement. Not enough? I understand that. I feel the same.
Nalod can say we got KP. No, its not some great phil great move, but this is how drafts go.
Nalod can say expecting perfection is not realistic.
Nalod or nobody else can say what alternative decisions could have yielded better results other than the conceptual.
Nalod can say if Melo wants to leave, ok. We move on. If you ask me, and your not, I say they are heading to a decision to part ways.
Nalod then expects the team to not make playoffs if we go deeper into a youth movement.
Nalod not going starphuch myself into believing in another savior coach will save us. Thus Im not pining for a big name.

Nalod cool with a Melo trade for picks/yoots. Nalod understands that won't be immediately impactful. Thus, we might not make playoffs next year.
Nalod does not "deserve" better. I don't play for the knicks, not employed by them, and no sense to entitlement. I want better, buts that a whole other line. I am a fan. We deserve because we suffer is not tangible reason to hire a big name coach.
Nalod understands that decisions made going forward should not be based on the emotions from what happened in the past. Thus, have a goal and look to achieve it. If Phil wants a certain type of coach, he should not factor in what happened with Fish. If he wants to grow someone, and it might be Rambis, then thats his guy. Thibs has earned the right to be his own person. Thats cool, he can turn around Sacremento. I think he is a fine coach, but if phil don't want a big personality and wants to mold another guy, thats cool too.
