Can the Knicks get Ty Chandler and Jamal from Chicago? I'd gladly throw in one 1st round pick and replace Moochi with Othella or even Shandon with Othella so that we're giving them only one bad contract and still take back E-Rob and JYD. How badly do they want to keep Ty? I would NOT give up Marbury or Sweetney to get Ty Chandler, though

I'm not sure why the Bulls would want to get rid of Chandler. But if they do we'd most likely have to ship back a good big man. Maybe KT or Mohammed or something like that. But I dout they want to do such a deal at all.
A glimmer of hope maybe?!?

Chandler is definitely not an "untouchable" on that team so we could have a shot at getting him. However, we would have to kiss all of our trade bait goodbye and Nazr Mohammed would definitely have to be included. I like Tyson but he always seems to be injured. I would pass on getting him unless we could get him cheap.

If the knicks included Sweetney they may be able to get either Chandler or Curry. I would prefer Curry but I think Chicago would trade Tyson before Curry.

There is no way the Bulls will trade Curry unless he has another underachieving season. He is as close to "untouchable" as you can get on that roster.

I would give up our trade bait to get craw and chandler, we get a SG and a big man, and chandler is that camby type player and probably with more upside, we can let sweetney play the post and chandler can get blocks from the weakside, we would have no reason to overpay dampier that friggin bum after this trade, I am all for it..

Does Chandler play any 5? I know Curry plays center for the bulls, but Tyson is 7-1. I haven't seen him play much, but the few times I have, I've liked what I've seen. We may be able to use him at the 5 instead of Damp (who remains a mystery as to whether we can get him).

To get Chandler and Crawford, I would give up a lot. I would give up every expiring contract including Deke, Othella, Trybanski. I would take back E-Rob and JYD and not include Moochie Norris. In addition, I would give them either 1) Tim Thomas, 2) Frank Williams, Shandon, and Nazr or 3) Frank, Shandon and Kurt to get Chandler.

If Ty didn't have back problems, I would be willing to at least consider giving up Sweetney to get him. But because of Ty's back problems, I'm wouldn't even contemplate giving up Sweetney to get him

If Tyson didn't have back problems, there would be no one we could offer to get him. Before he wiped out, he was putting up 15 and 12, give or take. He's 7-1 and 21 years old and jumps higher than the stock market after a couple of red bulls. With his offensive game developing, he is potential superstar material. In my opinion, he's going to be better than Sweetney.

I think what's NOT happenning in two years is the issue (not what IS happenning). It's a legitimate concern that in 2 years his back could still be interfering with his game and he might NOT be able to even play
