Pretty weak how we crumbled in the 4th.
Turnover after turnover.

But it's really about the guards. Afflalo was brutal. I really hope he's thinking about opting out. If not, we need to find a team that's interested in taking him on as salary dump for a 2nd round pick. I rather develop a young sniper drafted in the 2nd round than him. He's brutal after about 30 games. Lost his gas, or whatever it is, just hasn't been the same after the first 30-40 games.

Our lack of guard play is so obvious. Just rinse and repeat. Would have also helped had Kurt inserted some more screen and rolls in the 4th Quarter for Melo and Lopez, or Grant and Lopez. Instead we were trying to isolate too much or working too hard not to try and force the Melo iso, only to stall the offense. Phil needs to get Luke Walton this summer.

Gallo (How can you forget to mention him?) and AA were a combined 2/15 (0/6 from the 3), with 3 assists and 5 turnovers in 53 minutes of action (They did combine for 3 steals.). Somehow AA earned 31 minutes of playing time (the most of any guard on the Knicks) with his 1/7, 0 assists, and 3 turnovers.

The problem w the Knicks is they need so much that they won't get there with melo.
