Charlotte basically got him far below bargain basement price from the stupid Lakers.

New York Knicks didn't even bother to entertain the idea of Lin wanting to come back to New York. How freaking stupid is that?
Lin wanted to come back to New York and he was denied.

Hell even Charlotte isn't serious about him because they don't want him to re-activate Linsanity 2.0 even though he is doing it. He played his minds out for Houston. He was the second best player on the Lakers, he's coming off the bench with huge contribution for Charlotte and still, he's not appreciated.

The biggest snub comes from New York. Linsanity was born here and he was disrespected twice.

Lin needs a team where he's the primary Point Guard to be effective and I can't think of any other team besides New York. He belongs here in New Year and he has expressed time and time again that he loves being a Knicks.

What's the problem? Go and get this kid back where he belongs.

Blame Dolan. Lin will never wear a New York uniform again thanks to Jimmy

Jeremy was in a good situation here and he put himself out of it- he went from zero to hero- and in the midst of that he couldn't feel out how to respect Melo in context of having had 20 amazing games- If he had kept his cool a little bit more it would have been different and he has admitted as much- That being said I like his game as much as anyone- but long term in this culture I want to see Jerian and Tony have a chance to shine - I am not cool w NY being impatient on PG development- JG is not trash and he is looking a lot better- It's rough on us because we thought he'd have Uncle Triangle powers and be starting by December. It didn't work out that way but he is looking like he will be what we hoped he would already be by now.
I could see Lin being a Knick later on in his career if the team is already good and things aren't Linsane like they have been.
If you are still following the team and reading sites like this, there is nothing, short of your own demise, that is going to throw you off this train.
