That was fun to watch! Good comeback by bulls getting "Mirotech" hot but not enough.
Fun to watch a game where it was not necessary for the announcers to be apologetic about the the knicks, it was the bulls turn!!
Fun to see at least for one nite Melo make his haters eat their words, as Jose's detractors.
Melo hit a clutch 3 with 3 guys on him and no time on the clock! That was the dagger. When Affalo is hot, the team just opens up and follows suit.

KP. Another glimpse into the hopeful future.

Games like this don't come along often in this dismal season, but that 3rd quarter was a work of art.

Sorry, but I cannot believe anyone could win a game with that backcourt.

Mirrortech 9-13 from 3. Went to StephCurryCamp?

I look at that game and I think Phil thinks..."THIS TRIANGLE MIGHT JUST WORK!!!" which isn't necessarily a good thing if he keeps this guy as coach.

It will me interesting how they respond tonight in the second night of the back to back. Will they body up KP to take away the three and how will he respond. Will the Knicks not allow Mirotech to go crazy from the three.. Can the Knicks out rebound them again?

No, this is a happy thread. No crazy uncle jumping on the table easter sunday and taking a dump into the kids easter baskets!!!
Knickss won a road game agaist a talented (albeit struggling)team!

KP gave us another performance. What did we see? A victory.

What happens tonite, happens tonite. Back to backs are fun. KP had a nice midrange game going as well. Love that bank shot.
Sorry chuck, Rambis might be the coach. Im sure a starphuch name might better make you happy but the proof is on the court. This team was reeling when Rambis took over. We all wanted a miracle but there was obviously a spirial out event that is often hard to stop.

KP since the all star break has had some nagging injuries and a bug to get over. LIfe for a 20 year old rookie in the NBA is not easy.

I look at KP at a big part of the solution of righting the ship. He's performing admirably as a 20 year old amongst this shyt storm of a season. Ups and downs as a rookie, but ultimately he'll be alright long term because he has the IT factor.

Now if you think Rambis is the guy to help navigate the Knicks ship through this rocky storm for the next few years, well I have some magic beans to sell you that might grow a giant bean stalk that'll grow all the way to the sky!

There you go again, no need to go into full rainman mode and state every preference on every thread. You don't know the future any more than I do. Rambis, nor god himself (phil) can take this roster in its current form and make a contender without roster upgrades so lets not pretend you have some great foresight. Your just that guy who knows all the negative and thrives on being that guy that "told you".

Last nite the team looked good. Even you can't take that away with your obvious prophetic remarks!

The ship will be leaking and the seas will be rocky in Chucky's world until say, 3 years from now.

Nothing is quite as sad as the violently converted.

Can't help it, it's an incurable disease I have that won't go away. Wanting the Knicks to build the right way is killing me from the inside, not this half baked baloney going on.

Do you even realize what going "Full Rebuild" actually means? It's not like that works every single time a team does it. In fact MOST of the time it fails miserably. Most of the time it takes MANY years to build a team from scratch and become a winning team. There's just no evidence that this is some tried and true method as some make it out to be. I'm not saying it should never be done. Just that it's often a very long and unsure road.

The thing that makes our road seem more palatable is that we got KP and he looks like he can be a franchise player. So that's one piece to the puzzle in a full rebuild. But who is going to be the Robin to KP's Batman in a full rebuild? We hope one of our other young prospects can develop into that, but so far that's not the case. Tho Really that's no reason to go completely without vets. This process wouldn't seem so bad had Jerian and Gallo had good seasons for this team. We needed them to take more control from Jose and Sasha. The better our young players perform the more this takes on a very positive direction. We've got a new crop of young guys coming in next year too. So the team is getting younger regardless.

Yes, that's why I'm pushing full rebuild. We got gifted by the Basketball Gods with KP, so we need some running mates around his age to coincide with his prime. KP will do the heavy lifting for the franchise, we just need to fill in the blanks around him.

We're not starting from ground zero if we rebuild. Unlike the Sixers who still don't have a franchise talent, we need guys that will play with KP for at least the next 5 years plus and not just stop gaps. You better your chances at studs or at least really good role players by tanking this up coming season for the 2017 lottery or if we can get into the 2016 draft somehow.

That other game against chicago.........

The second of a back to back they won.
Relax chuck, we all want the same thing but being "that guy" holds no bearing with us. We are not making the decisions so 150,000 Melo rants have not weight on us.

You'll notice Mr. Go Full Retard doesn't post in game threads where MeHateLo has a great, efficient, nice assist game...

That one play where Melo gets fouled 15 times going to the basket, gets the rebound and then scores is just priceless. He just stood there....

This is a bad idea, at least in the next couple years. Forcing him into that role instead of let him develop into it naturally. Luckily Phil understands this.
