god I hope not... TT may be overpaid and not know when to keep his trap shut but he's still a good ball player. He's the best athlete on the team and he's a proven performer in crunch time.

Especially if Houston doesnt come back TT is a big part of the offense. He also gives you another ball handler and is our only real open floor player.

i hope TT stays too. The only salary slot that I can think that would fit TT and Moochie is Walker.

Best Knick Forum?

That should be a thread of its own.

I read this forum and NYTimes daily.
I look at MSG Sportzone, NJ.com, and Yahoo occasionally.

NYTimes has the best writing, and most unique interface.
Ultimateknicks has the most fervent fans and best reporting.
I haven't seen any others that come close to these two.

lol @ being BANNED by Martin since 11/07/10 (for asking if Mr. Earl had a point). Really, Martin? C'mon. This is the internet. I've seen much worse on this site. By Earl himself. Drop the hypocrisy.

Haven't heard or seen anything about TT being traded, less to the Bulls. In fact, what reports say today is that Isiah hasn't included TT in almost anything he has been working on. Sometimes trades that aren't rumored are the ones to happen so who knows if something is really being discussed about trading him. But I really hope he doesn't. I have yet to see TT a full season as a Knick and after the playoffs I want to see if he somehow comes more determined to play better. If he does, its great for NY.

well trading TT would leave penny + ariza? I really would like to see ariza have minutes badly , if isiah is gonna trade both TT + moochie for some1 I doubt it would hurt us, cause I think Isiah knows would he is doing.. im confident in him and btw we don't need a mohammad ali on our team ^^

if Isiah was doing it in order to set up another trade to get Dampier, then i would have no problem w/it whatsoever.

depends on how in love you are with young players that have accomplished nothing in their careers and have only played on teams that average 19 wins a year. Who knows if these guys are capable of playing winning basketball. TT has always played on winning teams, and has consistantly played well in crunchtime when games are on the line. He's not a star and labeling him an underachiever for his 15/5 is fair, but his 15/5 come on teams that win and make deep playoff runs.

He is likely referring to the scope of a package that the inclusion of TT would need to result in. TT is still young, athletic, and has decent skills. A year from now he will have a large expiring contract. Consequently, he has value on multiple levels.

put it this way... if tim thomas was making the same as crawford or chandler, there is no way you could do a straight up trade of thomas for one of them. what has brand accomplished?? nothing..yet hes still considered one of the great players.

dont get me wrong, i really like TT. but to say that crawford and chandler would have to be included is ridiculous and i'm sure the bulls would laugh at that.

I think your wrong... TT is very much what they need. A solid veteran 3 that knows how to win NBA games. Thats why they got Pippen. Curry and Heinrich are the untouchables there (add Deng and Gordon now). Chandler has health issues and both have big question marks.

The Bulls really do need an accomplished 3, the only problem is that Paxson she's Deng as a three, hopefully his lack of athleticism prevents him from playing the position. But if the Bulls were going to package crawford, and chandler they could get a lot more than time thomas, unless the bulls are giving us every bad contract they have, which would make sense. Chandler in the right situation good really turn out to be a nice player. But like everyone on that team, Curry, Chandler, Crawford they all have attitude problems and don't work as hard as they should. (maybe not chandler as much)
