Is there any doubt that Vujacic is the most accomplished Triangle guy the Knicks have got (?)

And we do run the Triangle, you know . . . like it or not.

NO ONE is saying this guy is an all-star or long term solution for the Knicks, for heaven's sake.

But for what we get from him . . . and what he costs -- he's a great asset.

If Lakers roster had been different 6 or 7 years ago . . . they could have maybe turned Vujacic into a pretty decent Triangle PG.

The Lakers just smoked the Warriors a week ago. Every team has a game or two they smoke. How about all of the 1-6 Sasha had this year. We focus on one game and not the whole story. I think the Knicks would have been infinitely better keeping Scvehd over Sasha. Sasha played well in a few slect games. thats it otherwise he was lousy.

...that the sun shines on a dog's ass some days.

Vujacic hitting 100% of his shots against the lowly Suns does not make his roster spot and signing any less shytty. Sooner we move on from Calderon and Sasha, the better everyone's blood pressure will be.

I have always said keep him on the roster, just don't play him. For a 13th man, his vet leadership, toughness, and knowledge of the system are great assets. He obviously has been a great mentor for KP. Just don't play him at all unless it's a blowout because he's not any good. That is my only issue with him. He has offered nothing up until last night from a playing perspective. But his value to this team as a positive influence has been clear.

What you saw from Sasha is what could happen when you have an outside threat CONSISTANT in the system.
Granted, PHX is not a good team but if you put a guy out there that can go for 15-20 out there it opens up a lot of things.

We as fans think we know how to fix things cuz we see whats broken, but reality is its not easy. Talent upgrade is easy to say and hard as hell to fix. Time and patience. When Affalo is on the offense goes nice. Right now our glaring need is a 2 guard. Sasha can give you that about once in 5 games. Thats not enough.

Yes- this.

We've been saying this all season. Hence the obsession with Conley, Batum, Jennings, Bazemore and our friend Tony Wroten.

Mostlikely, Sasha was doing this in practice....Which is why he's still on the team. And why both coaches continue to play him. The problem is in practice, Sasha doesn't have to put in so much energy guarding anybody, because we don't have the athletes mose NBA teams have. And against the Suns, which is a bad team, it's like Sasha playing against the Knicks in practice. When he doesn't have to spend so much energy on defense, Sasha is deadly in the triangle.

Jimmer can't. Jennings was a Felton type player. Great off the bench but not starting material. Wroten is a project. These "Tony Douglas" type players are ok in the role but what we need exceeds these guys. Shved and Jimmer are band aids. Change in theory is not improvement validated. "Lets try XXXXX" is a nice thing but it could also be a step back. If you have your draft pick you can try things and if it don't work you get better odds. This year its ok to keep on trying to win. Grant is playing and KP is likely tired.

Yes, there is quite a bit of doubt. I would start Grant and Galloway the rest of the year.

Nixluva is posting triangle screen grabs, even when nobody asks - Fishmike. LOL So are we going to reference that thread like the bible now? "The thread of Wroten Page 14 post 9" - EnySpree

Sasha is a very good player only when his shot is falling. He plays good defense but his 3 point shot is very inconsistent.
