he came in with a roster that won 54 games, and they started the triangle 5-28.

They got rid of them and grab a bunch of players in contract yrs trying to earn future jobs, they finish 11-38

We grab a few players that wanted to be here, that have some talent and they are no on a 3 and 17 slide.

The system look no better then is did 22 months ago with an entire different roster.

Phil got some of weakest offers, for dudes like DWill, calderon, affallo, KOQ, Galloway, their values are at career lows.

people talk about AA and DWILL opting out, trust me, if they do, its not because of more $, they want to run as far as hell from the triangle, and soon after you will here the same talk Larkin, Jr, shumpert, Amare, and damn near everyone who's played under phil, fisher and rambis..THE TRIANLGE IS A PROBLEM

when you have a winning percentage of 32% over 2 seasons with 3 primarily different rosters, your spinning your wheels, because the only way you get the same results, is when you do the dame thing.

If your slow and cant jump, putting on new sneakers wont help much at all.

That's what we do, we changing all the players over and over and over, blame the talent, and not looking at the heart of the reason why the players you bring in can't sustain consistency for more than a week.

You can't come up with a 1000 different trades, but the trade that phil is itching to make... LETS TRADE 2016 for 1998..lol
