None of these guys will be here in two years and at least Afflalo probably won't be here next year. I am not even sure if I have an issue with where Fredette stood in the rotation. But when a team is down by 20 in the fourth quarter it seems like you could get the guy on the court to see if he can show you something. Similar to leaving Anthony on the floor the other day until :56 left in a game that had been decided without a doubt 5-10 minutes prior, I can't find the logic in it.

Knicks are back in surreal world of Jimmy executive orders of making the playoffs at any cost.

Hey, they rewarded the kid for trying hard in Westchester. If he couldn't earn time in practice he didn't deserve to play.

But yet again it's a sign that the front office and coaching staff are not on the same page.

I'm more upset about the lack of playing time for Grant with Calderon playing 40 minutes a night in blowout losses. Particularly when Caldron is one of the main reasons for the losses.

Rambis sucks. Phil ain't doing much better.

Jimmer also was the knick that went to the line the most. I only saw snippets of the game but some of that may have been to how the game was called.

Our guards suck man that's just the way it is. Jimmer might deserve a longer look. We'll see what the Knicks do. I would much rather see Amundson waived than Jimmer cut.

4 points in junk time are huge...

How many times did the other knick guards get take free throws? I am not sure that Jimmer is an nba player but to disregard the inability of the knick guards to draw fouls is missing a huge part of what is wrong with this team.

I feel the same - not sure he's an NBA guard... but he brings things we don't have... and it woulda been nice to play him.

This is the problem with bringing in Rambis and making him think if he wins games he has a chance to be the head coach.

He's doing what he did in Minnesota - where Ryan Gomes led the team in minutes while Kevin Love rotted on the bench because he didn't get the precepts of the holy triangle.
