Did you notice how many plays Toronto made from 30 feet? Either dribble penetration great ball movement 3 point shots they just put huge holes in our defense and did whatever they wanted

How do we play. The ball gets stuck a lot. Melo dribbles too much kp and to ki don't work well together. Our guards are not smart our offense is terrible we have little athletiscm no one can dribble and we never spread the floor

It looked like a team that gets it and have the players to run it and a team who thinks we can put Carmelo on the floor and it's good enough. Knicks fans ate that 50 win season

BRIGGS, why do you think the Knicks record is as bad as it is? Do you think it is style of play or the talent in certain areas of the floor?

The problem is what the Knicks want to do, they can't really do until Kristaps is stronger and more close to his prime and we also have a point guard that can do what we rely on Melo to do. The Knicks team will look vastly different in a year with a more mature KP and a point guard that can drive inside and give the team at least 15 points a night.

Can say all you want, but the Knicks best off the dribble threat is Melo. From what I've seen of Melo, he's not great at getting to the basket as a guard, he's far better at pulling up. So what the Knicks need now is a guard that can do what Lowry does for the Raptors.

Easier said than done, of course.
