Melo isn't playing all that different - in fact he's mostly playing point forward - he's in the guard role most often. The main differences are where Porzingis is getting the ball and we see consistent effort to run the offense. Less 1 on 1 stuff. That's what Phil hated.

Yeah it's much better. That 1st game was off only 1 practice. This looks like even more tweaks and I like it. They look more fluid.

Never thought backup big man would be such a problem for this team, but KOQ and Seraphin have both been awful.
