for the past couple of weeks, ive seen trade ideas that would make my head explode. I'm not sure if folks are creating these proposals because they actually think its a good idea, they just want to participate in the forum or theyre not sure of the rules. In my opinion, i dont think this team is able to make trades - Phil said it himself lol. They simply dont have many assets. If they are able to then they should be SELLERS not BUYERS (the knicks are a mediocre team at best and any deadline trade wont improve them dramatically - sorry to be REAL). However, i understand that there are diehard knicks fans here who are always looking to improve the team.
As a solution, i saw this clever, funny yet REALISTIC trade quiz. It basically tells you if your trade is realistic: Rule #1 - dont even think about it if it involves more than six players i can go on and on. its some type of algorithm. ill leave the link here: http://www.bulletsforever.com/2016/2/8/10937510/nba-trade-quiz-rumor-ideas-how-to-find-out in a nutshell, its very difficult to make significant trades in the NBA. especially with the increase in cap coming next yr Knicks should be improved: win about 40 games and maybe sneak into the playoffs. Melo, Rose and even Noah will have some nice moments however this team should be about PORZINGUS. the sooner they make him the primary player, the better
