Broussard said that Durant was a fan and hiring him would get FAs interested. If Rambis doesn't work out I wouldnt mind Ollie getting an interview. Appears to be Phil's kind of coach.

love KO and what he's done at uconn, he's proven himself to be one of the best young coaches in college basketball. if him and phil meshed and agreed on a plan to move forward, then i would love for him to be the guy.

Why would you leave now if you're Kevin Ollie? Ollie may want to make the jump to the pros, but I'm sure he'd like to wait out for a more stable opportunity.

Don't watch college ball until the tournament.

How would guys describe his offensive philosophy? Does he have a "system" in place or is it more freestyle.

More of a motion offense, or the stuff Phil has an aversion to?

EnySpree: Can we agree to agree not to mention Phil Jackson and triangle for the rest of our lives?

This could be the happy medium Phil needs if Rambis doent work out. The leadership skills he's looking for, Ollie's experience as a pro, his intellect. Phil would be able to say that he went outside his coaching tree. Im guessing it would have to be a big payday for Ollie to change his offense, its in part what got him where he is.

Have no idea, all I know is that it got the job done. Im guessing Ollie would have to move his system
closer to what Phil wants.

That's a great suggestion and one that i would of never thought of but i don't see Phil doing that and not sure going with another guy with no head coaching experience in the NBA would be a good idea. There isn't any ties between Phil and Ollie correct??

None that I know of, but Phil has coached against him, knows the player he was.
