Melo's knee trouble are worrisome and now might be the time to explore seeing what you can get for him. Is Deng and Winslow enough for Melo? Is there a three way deal out there that gets him to a city he wants to play in? Does AA has some value to a team like Cleveland making the stretch run. Would someone like Toronto trade us back our pick for a package.

All things need to be discussed at this point, because at this moment, Phil missed on his coach, his point guard and his free agent signings are starting to falter a bit.

Only deal I'd consider for Melo is a 3way with the Clips sending Griffin to the Celtics and the Celtics sending us some of their stash of picks and young players.

Orlando has nice young pieces and could easily build a deal around Harris w/o bankrupting their future.

Melo won't go to Orlando- only team he'd likely consider would be maybe Heat, Cavs or Clips (latter most likely because he's friends with CP3, and its in LA so it fits his big city need.
