You think this is some kind of brilliant point but I don't agree. The issues this team has with the bench can't simply be solved with some adjustment. At some point you need some talent. This team lacks a really effective PG!

i hate moral victories and its a shame they were down so much in the 1st half...but they showed SO MUCH character!
Knicks should be improved: win about 40 games and maybe sneak into the playoffs. Melo, Rose and even Noah will have some nice moments however this team should be about PORZINGUS. the sooner they make him the primary player, the better

nix, remember what i said what adjustment fish would make if they doubled or trapped melo in the last 2 mins?
a. melo took a bad 3
b. we got seriously lucky that assflac did not jack that shot up coz he was about to...he had nowhere to go
c. and of course our own PNR defene sucked.

Those Reggie Jackson shots were painful.

I hated the Melo missed three when the Knicks were down 98-97. Reggie hit that 3 to make 101-97. Why didn't Melo run the pick and roll that had been there all night? Especially with Drummond out.

They were not penetrations and not good looks given his performance during the rest of the game.

Not much you can do there, to be honest.

I would have been more upset if he had penetrated and gotten something done.

This is not a moral victory. I don't want to hear it. What was the excuse for the putric 1st half? It probably would have been better to get blown out and preserve our energy for the game tomorrow night. Now we will be gassed.

yes it can be solved, but you or fisher obviously cannot solve it.
you have to play to the remaining players' strengths when melo is out.
our bench players can be effective contributors if you dont force feed the triangle down their throats.
